| In a medium bowl, mix together first five
ingredients. Beat in milk, vanilla and butter, then stir in nuts. Turn batter
into a greased 1.5 litre casserole dish.
In a small bowl, mix together the
first two sauce ingredients and sprinkle over batter. Pour 2 cups boiling water over
top.
Bake at 325° F (160° C)
for 50 - 60 minutes, or until toothpick inserted comes out clean. Serve warm.
Makes 4-6 servings.
