Sift together
flour, cocoa, salt. Add honey. Stir in margarine, eggs, water and vanilla and beat until
smooth. Add nuts. Grease bottom of an 8 x 8" (20 x 20 cm) pan and spread batter
evenly in pan. Sprinkle with chocolate chips. In a 325° F (160° C) oven, bake for 25 to
35 minutes.
