Mix
ingredients in a food processor to form dough. The consistency of the dough may vary from
cornmeal-like beads to actual dough depending on the size of the eggs. Remove from food
processor and knead, adding water (only if necessary) to make dough of rolling
consistency. Roll to 1 or 2 mm thick (1/16 inch), and cut into strips of desired length.
Place into boiling water, and bring water back to a boil. Boil 1 minute and drain.
