Barley Wheat Pasta
Ingredients

2 cups whole barley flour

1 cup white flour
-
4 eggs
-
1 Tbsp oil
Directions

Mix ingredients in a food processor to form dough. The consistency of the dough may vary from cornmeal-like beads to actual dough depending on the size of the eggs

Remove from food processor and knead, adding water (only if necessary) to make dough of rolling consistency
-
Roll to 1 or 2 mm thick (1/16 inch), and cut into strips of desired length
-
Place into boiling water, and bring water back to a boil

Boil 1 minute and drain.
