Directions
Place barley, oatmeal, flax seed, wheat germ and oat bran in a medium sized bowl. Mix well to combine. Pour boiling water over all and let sit overnight or until water is completely absorbed. Meanwhile, in another bowl, measure remaining ingredients. Mix well to combine. Add wet ingredients to fruit mixture and mox well. Serve immediately or refrigerate. Muesli keeps well and lasts for about four days.
