barley flour
finely ground sunflower
seeds
cold pressed vegetable oil
water
sea salt |

Combine barley
flour, sunflower seeds and oil. Gradually add water, adding just enough to form a soft
dough. Add salt. Knead and roll on floured surface to 1/8" thickness. Cut into shapes
and prick with a fork. Bake at 350° F (180° C) for 10 minutes or until browned.
