Alberta Barley - a hearty, healthy choice!
Sunflower Crackers

whole barley flour
finely ground sunflower
seeds
cold pressed vegetable oil
water
sea salt

Combine barley flour, sunflower seeds and oil. Gradually add water, adding just enough to form a soft dough. Add salt. Knead and roll on floured surface to 1/8" thickness. Cut into shapes and prick with a fork. Bake at 350° F (180° C) for 10 minutes or until browned.
