Meat Loaf with Barley Flakes

barley flakes
oatmeal
ketchup

Beat egg with the milk and add to all ingredients listed above
those two items. Put into a casserole dish. Stir ketchup, nutmeg, sugar and mustard
together and spread on top. Bake uncovered for at least 1 ½ hours in a 350 375°
oven (180 - 190° C).
