Barley Buckwheat Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1 cup whole barley flour
  • 1 cup buckwheat flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 2 well beaten eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 Tbsp honey (melted)
  • 1 Tbsp melted butter

Directions

  1. Mix dry ingredients. 
  2. Quickly add wet ingredients. 
  3. Stir only to moisten. 
  4. Do not beat. 
  5. Cook on hot buttered griddle.
