Combine all ingredients and mix well. Drop by spoonfuls onto a baking sheet. Bake
at 425°F (220°C) until lightly browned, about 10 minutes. Remove from oven and cool on
pan for 10 minutes then remove to cooling rack.
To make
glaze, mix together icing sugar, flavourings and cream. When cookies are cool, glaze then
sprinkle with pecans and coconut. Makes about 5 dozen.
