Alberta Barley - a hearty, healthy choice!

Easy Chocolate Chip Cookies

 barley flour
baking soda
brown sugar
white sugar
canola or olive oil
vanilla
eggs
chocolate chips
nuts (optional)		 625 mL

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix.  Drop by spoonfuls onto a baking sheet.  Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 10 minutes or until lightly browned.

Makes approximately 30 cookies.
