| In a small bowl combine the flour, baking
powder, baking soda and salt. In a medium-sized bowl stir together the oil (or
applesauce), sugar, milk and vanilla, then add the beaten eggs and mix well. Stir in the
dry ingredients and the dried fruit and nuts. Drop by spoonfuls onto a baking sheet. Bake
at 375°F (190°C) for about 10 minutes.
Makes
approximately 30 delicious cookies.
