degradation of the wetland and/or upland.

Canada’s National Inventory Report does not provide a method to complete this quantification, so the emphasis is on compilation and interpretation of scientific evidence relevant to the seasonal or semi-permanent wetlands on mineral soil of the Prairie Pothole Region.
