Brownies
Ingredients

3/4 cup whole barley flour

1/2 cup cocoa
-
1/4 tsp salt
-
1 cup honey
-
1/2 cup butter or margarine

2 eggs
-
3 Tbsp water
-
1 tsp vanilla
-
1/2 cup chopped walnuts

1/4 cup chocolate chips
Directions

Sift together flour, cocoa, salt.

Add honey.

Stir in margarine, eggs, water and vanilla and beat until smooth.

Add nuts.

Grease bottom of an 8 x 8" (20 x 20 cm) pan and spread batter evenly in pan.
-
Sprinkle with chocolate chips. In a 325F (160C) oven, bake for 25 to 35 minutes.
