Beer Baked Puffs

Ingredients

Garnish: Mint leaves

1000 gm - Refined flour

20 gm - Salt

50 gm - Sugar

650 ml - Beer

500 Gm - Butter

1 Vanilla bean

50 gm - Strawberry compote

50 gm - Castor sugar

Directions

1. Make hard dough of refined flour, salt, sugar and beer.

2. Refrigerate for one hour.

3. Beat butter to form a sheet and allow it to set in freezer until hardened.

4. Roll out the dough, place the butter sheet inside and seat it. Then give three book folds.

5. Roll the dough out again and cut into strips. Deep-fry the strips over slow flame.

6. Mix vanilla bean and strawberry compote to form a sauce.

7. Coat the puff in sugar and serve with sauce.
