Barley Pancakes
Ingredients

2 cups Hamilton's Barley Flour
-
2 Tbsp granulated sugar

1 Tbsp baking powder

1/2 tsp salt

1 egg
-
2 cups milk
Directions

In a medium bowl, combine barley flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.

In a smaller bowl beat together egg and milk.

Add this to the flour mixture and stir until combined well.
-
Ladle onto a hot, lightly greased griddle (380F).
-
When edges begin to dry and bubbles appear, turn to brown the other side.
