Sunflower Crackers

Ingredients

  • 1 cup whole barley flour
  • 1/2 cup finely ground sunflower seeds
  • 3 Tbsp cold pressed vegetable oil
  • 3 Tbsp water
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt

Directions

  1. Combine barley flour, sunflower seeds and oil.
  2. Gradually add water, adding just enough to form a soft dough.
  3. Add salt.
  4. Knead and roll on floured surface to 1/8" thickness.
  5. Cut into shapes and prick with a fork.
  6. Bake at 350F (180C) for 10 minutes or until browned.
