Sunflower Crackers
Ingredients

1 cup whole barley flour

1/2 cup finely ground sunflower seeds

3 Tbsp cold pressed vegetable oil

3 Tbsp water

1/4 tsp sea salt
Directions

Combine barley flour, sunflower seeds and oil.

Gradually add water, adding just enough to form a soft dough.

Add salt.

Knead and roll on floured surface to 1/8" thickness.

Cut into shapes and prick with a fork.

Bake at 350F (180C) for 10 minutes or until browned.
